To develop, administer, and direct strategic and tactical operational activities related the service line. These activities include evaluating the components of service now available to identify gaps and barriers in the system and to develop processes with team members to reduce the gaps, overcome the barriers. In this manner, the position will play both a strong strategic role in ensuring program growth and viability as well as a tactical role of ensuring that work processes are designed to produce high quality clinical outcomes cost effectively.

This position supports Holy Cross Hospital Davis and Holy Cross Hospital West Valley, travel is required. 

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing required. 
• 5 years of management experience in healthcare setting.
• Analytical thinking and interpersonal relations skills.
• State of Employment RN License. Specialty nursing certification, preferred.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
