We are seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Embedded Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team supporting local hospitals, city departments, libraries, school districts and other companies in the Colorado Springs area. This role serves as a bridge between mental health expertise and organizational wellness, helping employees, supervisors, and leadership navigate the challenges of high-stress work environments through training, consultation, and proactive support.
As an EAP Specialist, you will provide onsite and virtual services that strengthen employee resilience, support mental health initiatives, and promote a culture of psychological safety. The position emphasizes account management, training, and system-level consultation rather than individual clinical counseling. You will partner directly with department heads, HR, and leadership teams to assess needs, implement training programs, coordinate care referrals, and offer real-time support following critical incidents or high-stress events.
