The Bariatric Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordination and evaluation the effectiveness of the day to day operations of the Bariatric Program in accordance with the facility policies, philosophy objectives and standards. Accountable to COE compliance.
Provides leadership and management for the bariatric service at the facility to assure optimal care for patients seeking/receiving bariatric surgery while meeting regulatory requirements from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric (ASMBS). Responsible for daily operations of the bariatric program and the achievement of standards related to quality care, patient satisfaction, and fiscally responsible care delivery.
Schedule: Full-time (Days) 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
Additional Requirements: Occasional weekends for community engagement and educational events.
