To develop, administer, and direct strategic and tactical operational activities related to assigned service lines throughout the hospital. These activities include, evaluating the components of services now available, identifying gaps and barriers in the system; developing processes to reduce gaps and overcome barriers, and that provide the greatest accessibility within the catchment area. The process of evaluation and process improvement will include a close working relationship with the Medical Director(s) of Service(s). In this manner, the position will play both a strong strategic role in ensuring program growth and viability as well as a tactical role of ensuring that work processes are designed to produce high-quality clinical outcomes cost-effectively. The position's primary focus is ensuring that services are available in our communities' at the most appropriate point of service. The Director will work collaboratively with the clinical teams throughout the system.
Position will cover multiple Ancillary service lines, ideal candidate will have good ancillary experience.
