The Revenue Integrity Clinical Nurse Auditor Lead is responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with team members both within the department and across all departments that we service at the facilities. Assists in creating and maintaining workflow efficiencies in the department by prioritizing and assigning work to a team of nurse auditors. Tracks and reviews all audit requests to include Patient requested, Third Party, RAC, and any other government audits. Ensures entry intocomply track and acts as liaison between Corporate RI and Corporate Responsibility/Compliance. Tracks and reviews error trends to be used in training and development. Manages team projects to keep on track and meet deadlines. The Lead is also responsible for training of associates on specific processes and procedures, in include individual and group training when necessary.
This is a remote position, Monday - Friday.
