Responsibilities will include leadership for daily clinical and business operations related to Oncology Support services across multiple-markets within the Mountain Region. This position will oversee designated support staff and programmatic functions at multiple hospitals with responsibility for support service team members which includes but is not limited to: Genetic Counseling, Oncology Social Work, Oncology Dieticians, RN Navigators, and High Risk Screening Services.


Oversight will include ensuring daily operations run smoothly, quality indicators are met, financial goals are achieved, and patient, physician, and staff satisfaction goals are met. The development and building of support services for new clinics will be an important aspect of this role as well.


Responsible for growth and process improvement through analyzing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and developing programs and services. Will assure achievement of Oncology Service Line program development goals across the care continuum in adherence to hospital and medical group policies and standards as set forth by accrediting bodies and other regulatory agencies. Will work collaboratively with Medical Directors, Clinic Operations team members, and Hospital Leadership.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

  • 3 years of leadership experience required.
  • 5-7 years of health care experience is required.
  • 3 years of experience required in Oncology related care settings.
  • RN license Preferred. 
  • Masters Degree Preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or health care related field, required. 

Physical Requirements
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10
lbs. constantly.

$67.59 - $104.99 / hour
