The Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the Stroke program in accordance with facility policies, service line objectives, and clinical standards. Accountable for program accreditation and/or certification by regulatory bodies.
The schedule for this position will be 40 hours, Monday thru Friday.
We are looking for a candidate that has knowledge and experience in Cath Lab, Cardiac Intensive Care and/or previous experience as a heart failure coordinator. Someone that is familiar with Cath Lab procedures, CV surgeries including CABG, valve replacement/repairs, mitral clips and TAVRs.
A great candidate for this role will be comfortable presenting to a group of peers and physicians and create a collaborative dialogue to improve outcomes and will be able to engage on the floor, cath lab, ICU and ER staff.
