The core hours for this role is Monday-Friday 0800-1630 and it will be salary. Flexibility is expected for early morning coordination meetings, late-day case reviews, or multidisciplinary team activities.

Education Requirements
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably within orthopedics, surgery, perioperative services, or musculoskeletal care
Demonstrated experience in care coordination, quality improvement, or case management
Strong communication, organizational, and interdepartmental collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with orthopedic navigation or program development
Familiarity with accreditation standards for Centers of Excellence (e.g., The Joint Commission, DNV, etc.)
Proficiency in Epic workflows and clinical documentation pathways
Demonstrated leadership in quality or performance improvement initiatives
Ability to serve as liaison between orthopedic surgeons, patients, and multidisciplinary care teams
Licenses/Certification Requirements
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
