Job Summary
Manages physician contracts and the contracting infrastructure system-wide. Receive internal physician
contract requests, ensure compliance with internal policies, and facilitate contract drafting with the Legal
Department. Serves as subject matter expert for physician contracting process and policies and trains
others. Track the flow of contracts throughout the execution and management process. Monitors
expiration and renewal schedules. Supports business development leaders in the assessment of current
and potential future contracts. Participates in strategic initiatives

Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree or 10 years of contracting experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in healthcare or contracting field
Familiarity with healthcare, operational, and legal processes, particularly in the area of physician
contracting, required
Detail oriented with capability to prioritize and organize high volumes of tasks
Quick learner able to communicate effectively with all position levels
Excellent computer and web-based application skills
Familiarity with various compensation models related to physicians
Good knowledge of physician practice and hospital operations
Understands federal and state laws and regulation regarding Start Law, Anti-Kickback statue, fraud and
abuse, and tax-exemption
Ability to meet very aggressive deadlines and must have solid analytical skills
Demonstrates leadership presence and maintains confidentiality.
