Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily interactions and job assignments. Develop business, financial and analytical skills. Perform market research and analytics. Internship opportunities are available in a variety of specialty areas throughout the CommonSpirit system.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or graduate of Bachelor’s Degree program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Master’s Degree or graduate of a Master’s Program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Juris Doctorate

Strong analytical reasoning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership ability, and team-building skills
Flexibility to adapt to new situations
Experience working with Excel and other MSOffice programs.

Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
