RN Program Coordinator-Sepsis

The RN Sepsis Program Coordinator will serve as the lead for our sepsis performance improvement efforts, working directly with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. This individual will support frontline staff through real-time feedback, chart reviews, education, and collaboration to ensure compliance with evidence-based sepsis care protocols.

This position is required to be on-site splitting time between Holy Cross - Mountain Point and Holy Cross - Salt Lake.  

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 3 years relevant healthcare experience.
• Background in nursing and data management, preferred. Experience with ER, ICU, or acute care, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required
• RN license, required
• CEN (Certified Emergency or Critical Care Registered Nurse, preferred

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
