Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator, New Development independently manages the core responsibilities for the
late design, transition and occupancy/close out of hospital development. The position is responsible for
implementing operational and strategic initiatives to ensure logistical success among all departments in
the project initiative. The Operations Coordinator is expected to lead efforts in change management,
problem solving and process improvement of hospital development while consulting with key
stakeholders from various departments to acquire buy-in. Key stakeholders include the applicable
operating group leaders, hospital executive team, clinicians, state regulators, etc. This role is responsible
for organizing and executing strategy initiatives on behalf of their leadership team, formulating
recommendations and solutions.
The Operations Coordinator will ensure that all project deliverables are financially coherent, operationally
effective and strategically driven. After completion of the build, the Operations Coordinator is expected to
conduct ongoing communications internally and externally, validate equipment/utilization effectiveness,
and maintain operational value.

Bachelor Degree Required
Minimum Experience Requirements
1-2 years' experience working with healthcare leaders in a clinical setting and/or administrative function,
or equivalent higher education.
Experience in identification, evaluation, and implementation of operational improvement opportunities
Experience in project management with a demonstrated ability to manage a team, track timelines, drive
deliverables and produce successful implementation.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with
diverse stakeholders
