Contributes to the fulfillment of the Mission and Vision by serving as a designated administrative leaderfor programs and services in the community. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources over several Clinic sites across a wide geographic region. Serves as a patient advocate as well as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes and awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission and Values. The incumbent works collaboratively with all Leadership executives to achieve Physician Group goals and
objectives. The individual serving in this role has full authority and accountability for the day-to-day operations of the assigned clinics. This position requires the skills and abilities to build collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the management team to fulfill his/her accountabilities.
