In this role you will:

  • Provide management and leadership for the assigned modalities and duties
  • Be responsible for maintaining compliance with the operational budget and assisting with the operational and capital budget planning
  • Be responsible for participating in the strategic planning and goal setting for all departments
  • Be responsible for assuring the quality and scope of services provided in these areas
  • Provide and promote a corporate culture that enhances the quality of care and customer service
  • Provide leadership to supervisors and all Imaging associates, responsible for building and maintaining a healthy work environment
  • Sustain outstanding physician, patient, and employee relationships

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

Education Requirement:

  • Associated Degree or Program Certification required
  • BS/BSN, MS/MSN preferred

Experience Requirment: 

  • 3 years experience in a leadership position such as a Unit Manager, Radiology Supervisor or Team/Selection Leader
  • Strong knowledge of financial and business aspects of imaging

License/Certification Requirement: 

  • Current RN License or ARRT, NMTCB and/or ARDMS registry required
  • Radiology sub-specialty certification preferred
  • CRN desirable for a RN

Physical Requirements:
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10lbs. constantly

The Imaging Department at St. Anthony Summit Hospital runs with 30-35 certified imaging technologists and encompasses seven different modalities including: CT, MRI, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, DEXA, Echo and soon we’ll be expanding to include a Cardiac CT program. We all operate as a unified team, support each other, and encourage cross-training. As a smaller hospital, we also collaborate closely with all other departments to seamlessly to ensure exceptional patient care. $45.75 - $79.51 / hour
