Develops, coordinates, provides, and implements all Employee Assistance (EA) Services for assigned and non-assigned companies .This position is responsible for a variety of functions including clinical (40%), organizational (35%), and account management (25%). Clinical services include assessments, referrals, case management and short term solution focused counseling and in using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and policies and standards of care. Organizational services include but not limited to: management consultations, trainings, account management, onsite incident response, needs assessments and behavioral risk management. Account Management includes relationship building, maintaining, and keeping the contract.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

  • Masters Required
  • 2 years direct behavioral Clinical Experience providing assessments, short-term counseling in individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
  • Skill in case management, public speaking, EAP theory, business & customer relations, human resource practices and crisis management.
  • Demonstrated clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.

 

Current Colorado state icense in 1 of the following:

  • Clinical Psychologist,
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker,
  • Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Certified Employee Assistance Professional

 

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10
lbs. constantly

 

We are looking for someone with EAP Experience. This role offers full benefits and we have flexibliity on the 20 hours that are worked can be worked betweem the hours 8:00 am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  This role works in our facility Durango, Colorado.

$31.63 - $50.63 / hour
