The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) is responsible for oversight of operations of the Nursing Center, to include planning, organizing, and controlling operations of the Nursing Departments.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Bachelors in healthcare administration
• Must have 5 years' experience as an Administrator or Bachelors’ degree in healthcare administration plus
• 2 years’ administrator experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be
  considered.
• Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid programs, OSHA, employment standards, long term care regulations, life safety, and corporate compliance standards.
• Nursing Home Administrator Licensed (REQUIRED) 
  
  

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10
lbs. constantly

This full time leadership role will work Monday through Friday with additional call as needed.  We offer full benefits beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
