Position will be responsible for providing education and information to physicians and providers at assigned facilities and hospitals that frame opportunities for additional awareness and referrals. The approach will be directed by the organizational strategic plan and key service lines business plans. Additionally, the Advisor will support the organization’s retention efforts through communication of concerns raised by physicians as they relate to hospital operations and physician referral development. Uncovers, progresses and implements organization-driven business development opportunities

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • 5 years in a health care field sales role or sales manager role. Clinical background is preferred.
  • Understand the practice of medicine including referral relationships, payer requirements, and other economic and clinical influences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or public health administration. Other healthcare or sales equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of Degree.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
