Responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the care delivered to home health and or hospice patients. This position is responsible for the clinical, financial, and administrative management of the provision of home health and or hospice services, including quality management, staff development, and coordination of care with providers, patients, and external customers. Ensures optimal outcomes with employee engagement, patient satisfaction, quality, safety, stewardship, and access to Home Health and or Hospice services.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• BSN Required
• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support
• Valid Driver License
• Required : 3 Years of Skilled Adult/Geriatric Home Health Experience or Skilled Adult/Geriatric Home Health Leadership experience.

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10
lbs. constantly

This RN Home Health Manager works Monday through Friday with AOC call scheduled.  This role offers full benefits at the beginnning of the month following 30 days of employment.
