The Bariatric Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the day to day operations of the Bariatric Program. The Bariatric Program Coordinator follows the CommonSpirit Health hospital policies, philosophy objectives and standards closely. As the Bariatric Program Coordinator you will be accountable for COE compliance.

 

To be successful within this Bariatric Program Coordinator, you will use your  Registered Dietitian or RN background and experience to work closely with clinicical staff and team members, by joining to offer exceptional coordination of care and overal patient care. 

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified Bariatric Program Coordinator candidates will need the following:

  • 5 years experience as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse, with preferred management experience and Bariatric experience.
  • Registered Dietitian with ADA certification OR current state of employment RN license.
  • Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED and 4 or more years of direct experience in the job to be qualified. OR An associate degree with 2 or more years of direct experience in the job to be qualified.

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
