Job Summary


Responsible for the coordination of continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.  Develops leading practice regulatory program, structures and processes to drive optimal regulatory compliance and competence. Serves as primary expert and consultant for regulatory matters.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in a healthcare setting 
  • One year of Project Management, Performance Improvement, and/or Change Facilitation experience;
  • Experience in healthcare related field, oversight and coordination of regulatory/accreditation readiness program, survey preparation, coordination and response/follow-up preferred
  • Past participation in regulatory activities preferred.
  • Advanced skills in written and oral communication
  • Experience in development of educational tools 
  • Exemplary skill with computer applications

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree Required, Healthcare or clinical degree preferred

 

License/Certifications Requirement:

  • Certified Professional Health Care Quality preferred

Pay Range

$38.89 - $62.28 /hour
