The 3rd Floor Surgical department at St. Anthony Hospital, an achieved Magnet® hospital, is a 16-bed surgical unit specializing in the post-operative care for general, elective, robotic, vascular, spine surgeries, as well as patients downgrading in status from our surgical ICU.
We have a strong culture of teamwork where we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, safe patient care. Our team is a committed, caring group of colleagues who have a passion for creating positive patient interactions. Our surgical unit lends itself to developing great relationships with our coworkers and we work together to provide excellent patient care. A good candidate for the 3rd floor would be someone who prides themselves in being a team player, has a positive attitude, open communication skills, hard-working, dedicated, and accountable.
